Here at Brooke's Beauty Bar we understand that brows can be a major confidence builder. Brows are one of the first things people see when they look at your face. It can be extremely challenging tying to map out and draw your brows on every morning. We are here to help you with your brow goals so you never have to do that again! We take the time to map out a personalized brow shape based on your natual brow hair, bone structure, and preference. We then pick the appropriate brow procedure based on your skin type and brow goals.
Microshading is where we go in and make "hair-like" strokes to mimic the natural brow hair and blend it in with the existing brow hair. We then go in with shading to add some density and create a more realistic look. This brow choice is good for clients who already have a decent amount of brow hair, have normal to dry skin, and have a good amount of elasticity in their skin (this can be determined at your appointment). This brow requires an initial session as well as a touch up session.
A powder brow (also known as an ombre brow) is where we go in and create powdery pixels that will heal soft and create a natural and soft shape for your brows. This is a good choice for all skin types- oily, combination, normal, and dry. This brow style is also a good choice for clients who have a good amount of elasticity as well as clients who do not have a lot of skin elasticity. This brow requires an initial session as well as a touch up session.
A combo brow is a mixture of microshading and the powder brow. This brow consists of hair-like strokes in the front which transitions to shading towards the tail. This brow can be done on clients with a good amount of natural brow hair or little brow hair. This brow is a good choice for clients with normal to dry skin, combination skin, or oily skin. There needs to be a decent amount of elasticity in the head of the brow (this can be determined at your appointment). This brow requires an initial session as well as a touch up session.
